Start with a tiny amount on pinky finger and apply under eyes, then use ring finger to pat in. Add more as needed.

You could apply a touch of Eye Cream on top of The Neutralizer Pencil if you're having an extra dry day. Or, if you need to touch up before you go out, add a touch of Eye Cream over your undereye makeup to refresh the look.
